Engineering
Using software ranging from spreadsheet programs to CAD software.
You will receive even more extensive documentation after just a few days.
Manufacturing
In-house production in Waltrop, NRW, Germany.
0 % outsourced production = 100 % Germany.
Certified to ISO 9001 and IEC 80079-34.
Assembly
Certified assembly according to SCC*. Occupational safety is our top priority.
Only trained personnel who have been instructed by experienced fitters for at least 1 year are deployed.
Commissioning
Measurement after installation, which we call cold commissioning, is obligatory for us. We are happy to provide support with measurements after insulation and hot commissioning under voltage.
Maintenance
Although the electrical trace heating systems are almost maintenance-free, we recommend annual inspections to avoid operational failure.
Repair
Is a repair still worthwhile? This question is often asked. We answer “yes” in most cases. However, in the event of a total loss, we will replace the defective components.
About Us
Origin
In 1998, Mr Winfried Lauxen and Mr Bernd Bimczok, both of whom have a very long and extensive experience in trace heating technology, founded Pro Therm GmbH in Dortmund.
Together with qualified employees from design, assembly and administration, a competent team was formed that provides the market with complex trace heating systems, from project planning to commissioning.
The constant success and the associated expansion made it necessary to move to a larger facility in Castrop-Rauxel.
At the same time as the acquisition of the production and office building in Castrop-Rauxel, Pro Therm Verwaltung GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2001.
Since July 2015, Schwarz+Fengler Wärmtechnik has also been part of Pro Therm. The location was therefore relocated to Waltrop.
With the acquisition of the company Elektro Döring from Dortmund Scharnhorst, we are continuing on our expansion course.
This means that Pro Therm and our subsidiary Elektro Döring Gesellschaft für Elektrotechnik mbH also offer electrical installations.
